Our Associate will have a good idea of what you’re looking for so they won’t waste your time looking at homes that won’t work for you. When inspecting homes, they are able to identify trouble (red flags) that you may not see as well as recommending a home inspection, if warranted, so that a detailed report can be provided to report any problems with the house.

Through courses, workshops and other professional development, our REALTOR® maintains a high level of current knowledge about real estate.

4. ACCESS TO BOARD MLS® SYSTEMS
